We will be having a canning class - water bath canning tomatoes - on Saturday Sept. 9, 2023 at 1 pm at the First Baptist Church of Otsego, 247 Allegan St. Otsego, MI 49078. This class is part of the community garden project, so there is no charge. We have a number of donated canning jars, so we will use those and participants can take home some canned tomatoes. Plan on two to three hours. Bring an apron and wear clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty or wet.
